France: reduced forecast of soft wheat crop to 32 million tons of ODA

The French consulting firm ODA Groupe has reduced its forecast of this year's soft wheat harvest in France by 35 million tons to 32 million tons. That would be the smallest harvest since 2007 and beyond as a result of the bumper crop of nearly 41 million tonnes by 2015.
