The agricultural consultancy FranceAgriMer has increased its monthly forecast for French common wheat exports outside the EU from 12.4 million tons to 12.6 million tons in the current season. This is the fifth consecutive increase in which the forecast for non-EU exports has increased.
FranceAgriMer left the forecast for common wheat stocks at the end of the season almost unchanged at 2.4 million tonnes, as expected exports within the EU were lower due to the increased forecast for deliveries outside the block.
In addition, FranceAgriMer increased its monthly estimate of French barley stocks for 2019/20 from 1.8 million tons last month to 2.0 million tons and the estimate of French corn stocks from 2.1 million tons last month to 2.2 Million tons.
