FranceAgriMer reduced forecast of soft wheat stocks

The French analyst FranceAgriMer has reduced its monthly forecast of the French soft wheat stocks at the end of the marketing period to 3.5 million tons to 500,000 tons from 3.9 million tons in 2015/16. The reason is the strong export demand to the end of the season. The forecast of exports outside the EU increased from 12 million tonnes to 12.4 million tons, outside the EU, exports are estimated now at 7.5 million tonnes last month: 7.3 million tonnes). Soft wheat stocks of the harvest of 2015, which are unsold in warehouses of the farmers was estimated by FranceAgriMer at 1.9 million tonnes (previous month: 2.6 million tons).
