The French agricultural consultancy FranceAgriMer continues to award the top rating "good to excellent" (g / e) for 78% of French winter wheat stocks on 16 April. This means that ratings are stable for the fourth time in a row at a weak level. A year ago, the proportion of top stocks was 85%.
The summer barley sowing is now completed (last week: 96%). As in the previous week, 81% of the holdings received the top rating g / e.
Maize is set at 6% of planned land in France, well below the previous year's level of 49%. In the previous week, the sowing rate was only one percent.
