If confirmed, the projections about the rise in the deficit of sugar on the world ethanol production in Brazil's Centre South will fall in the next three years.
The production there to 27.2 billion litres compared to the previous year by 28.2 billion litres of ethanol comes in the current business year 2016/17. However, 31.2 million tonnes of sugar production will rise to 36.8 million tonnes. The sugar factories produce as much sugar as possible for the under-served market of the world.
