Hi, I'ma soybean - unusual explanatory video with talking soybean

In the tense trade war with the US, China is now attacking an unusual weapon: Beijing shows a cartoon with a talking soybean.
"Hi, everybody, I am a soybean. The bean says in a video that can be found today on the website of the Global Television Network (CGTN).
The short video is in English with Chinese subtitles and explains the trade dispute with the US, the role of US soybean farmers who have elected Donald Trump as president, and explains the damage the punitive tariffs have on US soybean exports.
US punitive tariffs on Chinese goods valued at 34 billion since July 6 have prompted China to impose punitive duties on US goods to the same extent. Now the US is threatening to impose further punitive tariffs on Chinese goods worth US $ 200 billion.
The video proves that China's Communist Party likes to use actors, cartoons or even rappers to bring its ideas to viewers in a low-threshold format. With a rather unusual narrator, Beijing illustrates its spectator's fight with the trading partner USA. Soybeans were in the last year, with a value of 12 billionUSD., The largest US export commodity for China.
The video explains in part, but probably has mainly a political message. So it explains what soybeans are used for and at the same time what role the bean plays in the trade war. It also says that China can buy soybeans from other exporters, such as Brazil and Argentina, when prices become too expensive.
Falling prices and less exports would hurt US farmers; and it is mentioned that prices have already fallen by 18% since the beginning of July. Nine of the ten US states that grow soybeans elected President Donald Trump in 2016. The video wonders if its president's trade policy is the will of the voters if they now suffer heavy losses.
The video does not mention that soybean meal prices in China have risen sharply, fueling inflation. Soybean meal is used in pork feed and China is the world's largest pigmeat.
This is not the first time that soybeans have received so much attention. Recently it was reported which race US ships would have delivered before the punitive tariffs were imposed by China.
