The market continues to develop rapidly. Free lots are wanted and gratefully accepted. This is also shown by the course of the auction on today's Internet pig exchange, although not all lots could be sold. Based on the required minimum prices, the expectations of the producers are clearly recognizable. The scarce supply situation should ensure a price premium in tomorrow's listing. At today's auction of the Internet Schweinbörs, a total of 1,600 pigs in 10 lots out of 2,080 pigs in 13 lots were sold at an average price of €2.31/kg (that's 1 cent less than at the auction on Friday) . The trading range was 2.28 to 2.35 euros/kg.
