Jordan's state grain buyer has purchased 50,000 tonnes of durum wheat of optional origin through an international tender process. The amount tendered was up to 100,000 tons. The 50,000 tonnes were purchased for $ 222.50 / ton c & f and shipped in the first half of August. Seller was the trading house CHS. CHS and Ameropa were the few trading houses involved in the tender. Ameropa has offered for the price of $ 230.80 / ton c & f.
