Jordan buys 60,000 tons of wheat

Jordan's state grain buyer has bought 60,000 tons of durum wheat of optional origin as part of an international tender process.
The seller is the trading house Nibulon at a price of USD 237.50 per tonne c & f for shipment in the first half of October.
Two other trading houses took part. Glencore offered $ 245 per ton of C&F and Aston was offering $ 243 per ton of C&F, traders said.
A new tender is expected to be published on September 2nd.
