Kazakhstan's grain exports in the current marketing year from 1 July 15 to 30 June 16 reached 7.79 million metric tons by May 31. There were 5.86 million tons in the same period of the previous year. Last month, Kazakhstan's Ministry of Agriculture announced that it could export 8.0 million tons of grain in the current season, previously was assumed by a volume of 7.5 million tons.
