Land use in France: less wheat, rapeseed and sugar beet

The French Ministry of Agriculture estimates his country's wheat acreage for harvest in 2020 at 4.6 million hectares. That is 7.5% less than in 2019.
This morning's report estimates barley cultivation at 2 million hectares, 2.8% more than a year ago. Sugar beet cultivation is now only 423,000 hectares (-5.2%). The rapeseed acreage comes to 1.08 million hectares, a decrease of 2.8% in 2019.
