The world milk price increases, because sales of skimmed-milk powder is better run. In the first global dairy auction of this month increased the index for dairy products by 3.4%. The average price was yesterday in Wellington at 2,329 USD/tonne.
The skimmed-milk powder with 12.1% recorded the strongest rise in prices, while the prices for Vollmichpulver 1.7% declined. This was already the second increase in the index of milk in a row and fourth in five sessions.
Fonterra, a giant in the global dairy market, has raised in the last week of his off court cost estimate für2016/17 by 3.9 New Zealand dollar ($NZ) at 4.25 $NZ.
