The world milk price increases, because sales of skimmed-milk powder is better run. In the first global dairy auction of this month increased the index for dairy products by 3.4%. The average price was yesterday in Wellington at 2,329 USD/tonne.
The skimmed-milk powder with 12.1% recorded the strongest rise in prices, while the prices for Vollmichpulver 1.7% declined.
