Morocco buys 315,000 tonnes of common wheat in the US on preferential terms

Morocco's state grain buyer ONICL grants permission to import 315,000 tonnes of US wheat under preferential conditions as part of the annual import quota.
We were originally looking for 363,636 tonnes.
The wheat should arrive in Morocco at the latest on May 31st.
There were no offers for the tender to purchase 336,364 tonnes of Durum.
