NAFTA agreement revived

According to this morning's news agency Reuters, the US and its second largest import partner, Canada, have arranged a new deal tonight. Thus, the old Nafta agreement can live on with adjustments. Canada has to slow down its car exports to the US, and in turn increase imports of American dairy products. The Canadian dollar rose to a four-month high following the announcement of an agreement. Apparently, American interests were perceived but not overstated.
