Pakistani importers bought around 330,000 tonnes of soybeans from Brazil, as well as 30,000 tonnes of canola from Canada in recent weeks.
The soybean shipments intended for the loading between February and corn 2017 in five instalments.
The canola-(rape seed) delivery is expected for November and December 2016. Pay only 415 to 419 USD/ton c & f the recipients (November) or 423 USD/ton C & F for the December delivery.
Pakistan importers were very active with the purchase of oilseeds in the past few months on the world market, because the local oil mills had a high demand. Import tariffs prefer importing seed, instead of Grist, urgently contact the feed manufacturers.
Observers assume that in the period from October 2016 and January 2017 even soybeans must import Pakistan because in the country, the demand for animal feed is very high.
Imports of canola in the September December period should also not be sufficient.
