Palm oil prices flat with weak exports

The palm oil prices at Bursa Malaysia declined in the morning trading session, following yesterday's losses in the CBoT soy oil future. Market observers report weak exports.
The most-traded October 18-date went with 2,181 ringgit / tons into the lunch break. This year palm oil futures already lost 6.2% and the July loss is probably the largest since November 2017.
Today, 16,415 lots have been transhipped to 25 tons.
Palm oil exports fell 3.9% mom in July, market analyst AmSpec Agri Malaysia reported yesterday. Societe General will present further export figures this afternoon.
At the moment, the soya oilutures on the CBoT are 0.2% firmer. In Chinese Dalian they increase by 0.4%.
