V €1.51 / kg (ct - 2). Also in this week range of weaned pigs remained manageable and settled quickly sell the offered quantities. From the "red side" the cries were loud, however already in the previous week due to the problems in the meat market after house prices although not nationwide. The German pork market has most recently lost momentum. The traded volumes were significantly lower, than in the previous weeks. Also the recent increases in the price of slaughter pig could be implemented only to the part. Still good deals are reported by the export, in particular from China.
In the week 967.786 pigs of the trading class S-V of the reportable slaughterhouses were slaughtered to 05 June (last week: 950.482). At the same time in the previous year, there were 897.862 pigs.
