At 1.20 euros / kg SG, the Association of Producer Associations kept their price recommendation stable. The cautious optimism in the pork trade was brutally choked off, in particular by the new tightening of regulations in the catering trade. There is great uncertainty as to whether further restrictions will follow. Thus, the sale runs at a constant level at largely stable conditions. The slaughterings are in full swing across Europe.
