Despite the weak lead from US markets, Euronext wheat was able to post marginal gains. The May date slipped into the red shortly before the end of trading. In Chicago, the bears took the lead midweek and posted losses. Especially after the last increases, many investors took the opportunity to secure their profits. Losses were held back by the poor health of many US wheat stocks. An improvement does not seem to be in sight for the time being. For today's export figures, the analysts expect a range of 100,000 to 750,000 tons. In the Ukraine, meanwhile, the experts from UkrAgroConsult expect significant losses of up to 38% in the coming harvest. Exports are expected to total 16.3 million tons, a decrease of 2.7 million tons.
