Fell in today's auction for milk and milk products on www.globalDairyTrade the index for the third time in a row and now around 3.6% on 2620 points. The biggest price loss was detected among the skimmed-milk powder, went back to the last auction on 1 April by 7.8%, followed by the index on butter (- 6.6%) and milk powder (- 4.3%). 673 buyers from around the world took part in the auction, of which 108 were awarded a contract.
The result of the auction has influence on the price of milk in the EU.
