Russia: Government reduced wheat export tax for 2 years to zero

The Russian Government has decided to reduce the tax on wheat exports for 2 years to zero. The Prime Minister Medvedev of the Russian news agency RIA said. The Agriculture Ministry had previously proposed to reduce the tax from 15 September until 1 July 2018 to zero.
