Russia: ICAR increases wheat export forecast

The Russian agricultural consultancy IKAR has increased its forecast of Russian wheat exports in the current marketing year 2017/18 by one million tonnes from 38.5 million tonnes to 39.5 million tonnes. One reason was not mentioned.
