Russia's wheat exports could rise in the current marketing year 2016/17 a reduction of Russian wheat export tax to 0 to 5 million metric tons to 30 million tons. That is the assessment of the Ministry of agriculture.
The forecast of the wheat exports of of Ministry in a range of 26 to 30 million tons of was in August. The marketing year starts in Russia on July 1 and ends on June 30.
