Russian wheat prices rise due to quality concerns

The prices for Russian export wheat rose last week because of quality concerns because of the many rainfall that go down to the Black Sea, further.
Russian export wheat from the Black Sea with 12.5% protein content costs currently 184-187.5 USD/ton fob. These are 4 to 5.5 USD/tonne more than a week ago.
The many rain prevents not only the spring wheat-sowing on the last surface, but worsened the vegetation conditions for the winter wheat in the fields. There's still no reason to panic, because weaker qualities years with large harvest volumes were nothing out of the ordinary. It is expected the biggest grain harvest in the post Soviet era.
Since July 1, 2015, Russia exported 33 million tons of grain until 8 June 2016. Of them were 23.9 million tons of wheat. So far, this amounts to 12.5% above those of the same period are in the previous marketing year.
Wheat prices at the local Russian market in the European part of the country rose to 250 rubles per tonne and come in USD/tonne equivalent to 181,6 from loading station.
