Saudi Arabia urges private sector to import wheat

Saudi Arabia's state-owned grain buyer SAGO announced today that it is asking Saudi investors abroad to import 355,000 tons of wheat into the kingdom.
SAGO said the imported wheat would be between May and November for arrival times.
The amount corresponds to around 10% of Saudi Arabia's local grain requirements.
