For four days, the CBoT soybean prices have increased now then continually because the world market demand remains high and wet weather delayed the harvest in the United States.
In the Midwest of the United States, there is more rainfall in these days than predicted. Forecasters play down the influence of relatively low amounts of precipitation, but many market participants see that delayed the maturity of beans.
The USDA reported yesterday that last week with 1.233 million tonnes more soya beans were exported than expected. Estimates came from 700,000 to 950,000 tons in advance.
The price increases but limited because the crops continue to have a very good rating "good/excellent" with 73%.
