The Taiwan Flour Millers' Association has launched an international tender to purchase 110,000 tons of Grade 1 milling wheat from the United States, European traders announced today. The offer period ends on December 23rd.
As part of the tender, different types of wheat are being sought in two shipments of 55,000 tons for shipment in 2022 from the Pacific Northwest coast of the USA.
One shipment is scheduled to be sent between February 1st and 15th and the second between February 8th and 22nd.
The types of wheat we are looking for include Northern Spring, Hard Red Winter, and White Wheat.
