Morocco's state grain buyer ONICL purchases 363,636 tonnes of common wheat from the EU under the annual duty-free quota. Deliveries should arrive by 31st May. There were no quotes for the demand for 45,455 tonnes of durum wheat.
Jordan today launched two tenders for the purchase of 100,000 tonnes of wheat and 100,000 tonnes of barley. Deliveries are scheduled for July and August. The offers should be submitted by 23 and 24 January.
Taiwan bought 73,635 tons of US wheat last week. Buyer was the local miller association.
