Ukrainian farmers will increase the area of winter grain sowing for the harvest 2017 of 7.0 million hectares according to the Ministry of agriculture on 7.3 million hectares. Due to the dry conditions during the winter grain sowing last year winter wheat was seeded only about 6.5 million hectares.
