The United Nations Relief and Works Agency has purchased more than 60,000 tons of Rumanian wheat for East Africa. The wheat is to be loaded in Constanca in April and May. The destination of the deliveries are Djibouti, Berbera and / or the Yemeni ports Saleef and Hodeida.
