Euronext corn couldn't escape the bearish leads, falling midweek. In Chicago, on the other hand, futures broke from the weak mood and ended the trading day in the black. The front month gained $7.00 US cents/bushel and thus costs the equivalent of 220.46 euros/ton. Above all, the rising soybean prices and the bullish crude oil markets provided support. According to the EIA, 1.035 million barrels of ethanol were produced every day last week. Compared to the previous week, the value fell by 1.7%. Inventories in stocks have surged to the pandemic's highest level at 24.479 million barrels.
