The climate prediction Center (CPC), a division of the US national weather service, has left unchanged its forecast for the arrival of La Nina weather phaenomens in the northern hemisphere. After extrapolating with a probability of 75% so that La Nina occurs in summer and in winter weakens 2016/17.
