U.S. winter wheat crop: 97% of the winter wheat stocks are harvested

The USDA reports that 97% of U.S. winter wheat stocks are harvested by 14.08.16. There were 94% in the previous week. Last year the harvest progress at the same time was 99%. The 5-year average is 95%.
