The supply of slaughtered notes remains extensive in the second week of the new year and the games offered can not be fully accepted. Despite some significant price concessions, it is difficult to find buyers in a timely manner. Heavily under pressure are the prices of slaughterhouses for ham, fillets and salmon. The average slaughter weight increased by 400g to 97.3 kg.
