The supply of slaughtered notes remains extensive in the second week of the new year and the games offered can not be fully accepted. With rising slaughter weights and a supply surplus, which grew again this week, was built by leading slaughter companies in advance of price pressure. The meat trade complains of weak demand. Despite some significant price concessions, it is difficult to find buyers in a timely manner. Heavily under pressure are the prices of slaughterhouses for ham, fillets and salmon. The average slaughter weight increased by 400g to 97.3 kg.
