In Argentina, the focus is still on the current weather and it is causing many local producers great concern. It is still far too dry and the fields are now suffering from the water deficit. As a result, BAGE has further reduced the forecast for yields per hectare. Overall, the harvest should reach around 20.5 million tons. In the meantime, the expectation has been reduced to 12.4 million tons.
