Chicago wheat futures prices drop on the third day of trading this morning and reach their one-week low as weather forecasts in the wheat-growing regions of the US and Canada are now beneficial to vegetation.
This is especially true for the summer wheat on the border between the US and Canada. Traders in Far East Asia are still worried about the grain stocks in Australia, which are in dire need of rain.
The month of May is the second month in a row for wheat futures as prices on the Chicago Futures Exchange rise. In the next 10 days, a significant change in weather is expected in the American growing regions. It should be cooler and much moist.
