The wheat futures on the CBoT can maintain their high levels yesterday this morning; They have now reached a weekly plus of 2.5%. That's a ten-month high. In the nuclear export regions of the world (USA, Australia, Canada and finally also Russia) it is too dry.
In some regions, serious yield losses are expected unless weather changes soon. The prediction for the US Plains continues to be too hot and too dry. Meanwhile, in parts of Canada, Australia and Russia - all major export regions - the expectations for a big harvest have also been lowered. Forecasts for final inventories are already falling.
