This morning the prices of the CBoT wheat futures continue to fall. The stock exchange prices lose on the third of four consecutive trading days because the weather in the large export regions has improved and the demand in the corona crisis flattens out.
Traders in Australia are discovering this morning that market participants are now low on the risks of drought. Rainfalls in wheat - surplus regions in the northern hemisphere, where the harvest will begin in the coming months, would have improved the vegetation conditions for cereals.
The low price of crude oil is also having an impact on the price of corn grown for ethanol production.
