The EU Member States have reaffirmed their resolve in the Special Committee on Agriculture (SAL) to swiftly implement the agreement of the EU Commission, Council and European Parliament trilogues on simplification of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) by separating the agricultural sector from other policy areas.
