Mercosur negotiations on beef are heating up the spirits

In a ministerial meeting between the EU Foreign Affairs High Representative and the Canadian Foreign Minister, Brussels on Monday saw the implementation of the EU-Canada CTA trade agreement, which in the preliminary part covers agricultural trade between the two continents.
