SocGen sees cattle prices to peak this year, as pasture backlog clears
A seasonal decline in US pasture quality will push a backlog of cattle onto feedlots this autumn, translating into higher supplies at slaughter houses next year, as prices move into a long-term bear market, according to Societe Generale.
