India Sugar output may decline by 1.8 mn tons to 25.5 mn in 2013-14
Russia’s output is estimated to decline 600,000 tons, to 4.4 mn due to a sharp drop in planted area as weak prices in the global market. In 2013, raw sugar futures on ICE US in New York has declined 10 percent.
