In Argentina, producers and analysts are concerned about soybean stocks. The Rosario Grains Exchange revised its expectations downwards this week. Now analysts at the Buenos Aires Grains Exchange are also less optimistic. The weekly report shows that only around 15 percent of soybean stocks are still in good to very good condition. This is again two percentage points less than in the previous week. On the other hand, stocks in poor condition have risen by 4 percentage points to 36 percent. Unfavorable weather conditions are cited as the main reason for the poor development. This had a supportive effect on soybean prices yesterday (Thursday), which subsequently rose again.
