The soy complex was mixed for another day in a row. The bears prevailed in the bean market and the most traded March contract fell by 6 US cents to the equivalent of EUR 363.92 per tonne. In contrast, meal futures recorded marginal gains. Analysts from Agroconsult in Brazil expect around 171.3 million tons of soya to be produced in the 2024/25 season and have therefore revised their forecast downwards by 1.1 million tons. The data on export sales will not be published until tomorrow instead of today. Overall, there is currently a lack of trend-setting news and the market is only moving to a limited extent. On the Paris Euronext, May rapeseed lost 3.75 euros and was quoted at 529.25 euros per tonne.
