Biofuels reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 84%

With more than 3.5 million tonnes of biofuels, the industry used six percent more biofuels in the quota year of 2018 than in the previous year. 9.5 million tonnes of CO2 equivalent have been avoided, according to the BLE.
