USDA Provides Loan Guarantee Conditional Commitment to Build Georgia Biofuel Plant

WASHINGTON, Dec. 10, 2015 – Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack today announced a conditional commitment for a $70 million loan guarantee to help build a cellulosic biorefinery in central Georgia.
