(AMI) In Europe the markets present themselves in the current week majority almost balanced. Because of the holiday last week a slightly richer offer has built up frequently, which is used in the new week. Price, it comes here only to minor corrections to the previous week.
Straight from France and Spain reported holidays due to the significantly lower numbers of battle last week. As a result, the offer is currently easily enough, even a little redundant in Spain. At the same time the meat demand has not noticeably livens up, additional impulses are expected with the end of the holidays in a few weeks at the earliest. Although the medium-term forecast from France is rather sceptical for the shops in the autumn, the price should develop for the time being at least stable. In Spain, the butcher, however, continue to exert pressure and seek a further drop in prices to be competitive in comparison to Europe. Also in Italy the battle companies make pressure, the meat shops fall far short of expectations. Although the Lebendmarkt nearly balanced presents itself here, slight price reductions are cannot be ruled out. Stable prices are expected, however, in Austria . In spite of the holiday during the week before supply and demand confront here mostly balanced.
