What mean Labeling obligation in the agricultural sector?

Food and feed containing more than 0.9 percent of genetically modified organisms (GMOs) must be labeled in the EU.

This is stated in EU Regulation (EC) No. 1830/2003, with the exception of eggs, milk and meat.
