Kartoffeln-Cockpit, 21.08.2014 - Diskussion

ZMP-Meinung:

Wie fast schon zu erwarten war, sind die Preise für Speisekartoffeln im Vorfeld der Einlagerung wieder in Bewegung geraten. Die Abpackbetriebe können zwar noch auf knapp behauptete Preise für Kleingebinde verweisen, die sie in der nächsten Woche erzielen, Landwirte geben aber ihre Ware günstiger ab, als notiert. Vor allem Händler/Vermittler, die ihr zum Erliegen gekommenes Versandgeschäft wiederbeleben wollen, finden geneigte Zulieferer. Ansonsten bleibt für den momentan überversorgen Markt nur die Verwertung über die Stärke, den Futtertrog oder die Biogasanlage. Diese sollte so umfangreich wie möglich genutzt werden.

Da ist es ja gut, dass die Qualitäten im Westen nicht so gut sind. Dann trennt man sich schneller von der Ernte.
