Das teilte die SCSP (Noworossijsk Handels Sea Port) am heutigen Dienstag mit. Russlands staatlicher Wetterdienst prognostiziert am heutigen Dienstag Windgeschwindigkeiten in der Nähe von Noworossijsk von 29 Metern pro Sekunde und am 18. und 19. Februar (Mittwoch und Donnerstag) Windgeschwindigkeiten von 30 Metern pro Sekunde. Über den Hafen werden die meisten russischen Energie- und Rohstoffexporte abgewickelt.
